Elite support contract includes unlimited phone, online and e-mail support, and free updates with version upgrades. Response time within 3 hours during prime-shift hours.

Support contracts are automatically renewed and invoiced every year unless otherwise stated. Please note installation of the software on new computers setup due to upgrade, hardware crash, virus etc. is not included in CSI support program and is subject to our standard software installation fee.

The support fee will be used towards development of new features and enhancement in order to keep up with the latest technology and business changes in the industry. The support gives you the following privileges:

  • Diagnosing Software failures and assistance;
  • Correcting Software defects;
  • Unlimited Toll-free, online and internet assistance;
  • Periodic Updates including bug fixes and enhancements;
  • Access to our emergency support line during off-shift hours
  • Database Maintenance, and online database backup
